Departure from your nearest airport. Arrival in London at around 10.00am. Meeting with our Italian-speaking guide and departure in a private bus towards the west.
Visit of a 600-hectare organic farm with 3000 pigs, a dairy and beef cattle farm, where they also cultivate wheat for bread production and animal feed. The owner is a Soil Association executive who has diversified the farm’s activities by including a farm shop, a pub-restaurant, a hotel, and more.
At the end of the visit, we will stop at the farm pub for lunch.
Depending on timing and availability, a member of the AHDB (Agricultural and Horticultural Development Board) may join you for lunch!
This afternoon, you will return to London for a tour of the city by bus that will take you to the most symbolic places of the capital including Buckingham Palace and St. Paul’s Cathedral.
Arrival at your 4* hotel in London Kensington and check-in. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
The activities will take place partly at the hotel and partly at an equipped sports center.
Listening to oneself and one’s thoughts in balanced body positions gives us valuable information about our state and approach to situations. Wake up early with a yoga practice at the hotel to reactivate our body in harmony, seek balance in all our physical, psychological and sensory components, and start the day with a surprising boost of energy.

10:00 – 11:00 Sports Activity
On the field with an international rugby champion who is also a coach and trainer. How to go from VISION, IDEA to ACTION? This is one of the major difficulties we encounter in our daily situations, both personally and professionally. Our coach, through the sports metaphor, will help us understand how to generate CONFIDENCE through CONFRONTATION and AGREEMENT, developing COMMITMENT and RESPONSIBILITY, for common and shared GOALS.
We will let ourselves be TRANSPORTED, SURPRISED, ENJOYED, DYNAMICIZED, CONQUERED, rediscovering the strength of what it means to be a TEAM.
13:00 -14:30 Lunch & Nutrition
We will be accompanied through the different courses by a nutrition expert who will give us practical and useful advice on how to nourish and recharge our body in the different situations we face every day.
16:00-16:30 Mindfulness practice
More than ever, it is necessary to acquire tools to maintain calmness, clarity, and grounding in the context we have experienced and know.
Managing stress and our emotions is a central issue for overcoming this present in the best possible way, both personally and professionally.
16:30- 18:00 Team Coaching & Final Briefing
Reviewing the day’s experiences, we will look at what happened, what we wanted, and what we were able to do. We will analyze our personal perceptions and try to synthesize them into a METHOD, which can become YOUR METHOD.
We will ensure that your TALENT finds the SPACE that allows it to express itself and bloom at its best.
At the end of the day, return to the hotel and farewell dinner.
Depending on the departure time of your flight, after breakfast, transfer to Venice airport.
