In the morning, visit to the SECRET ITINERARIES OF THE DOGE’S PALACE.

The picturesque eastern walls of the Doge’s Palace enclose two very different and contrasting aspects of the same political organization: its public face with the sumptuous halls of power, elegantly decorated with masterpieces by some of the greatest artists of Venetian painting, where foreign princes and ambassadors were welcomed on occasion, and alongside a parallel and intriguing world, often hidden behind wooden panels, which housed narrow offices, sinister prisons and the infamous torture chamber. This is an unforgettable tour (lasting about 2.5 hours) that will take you from the splendour of the state rooms with their golden ceilings to the Piombi prison cells. Relive the legendary escape of Casanova and walk through the creaking wooden beam ceilings of the vast Sala del Maggior Consiglio.

Lunch at a typical restaurant and free afternoon.

At 7:30 pm, a private visit to St. Mark’s Basilica: there is no place like Venice, there is no place like St. Mark’s – the beating heart of the city. St. Mark’s Square is certainly the most visited destination by tourists. The splendid basilica, adjacent to the Doge’s Palace, is normally open to the public only during the day. However, for a few select individuals, it will be possible to visit the basilica after sunset. While the lights of the square shimmer in the water, you will enter the basilica through a hidden access door and with the help of our guide, you will learn about the history of its five domes and its 43,000 square meters of golden Byzantine-style mosaics. It’s an unforgettable experience that you will remember forever (lasting about 1.5 hours).

Dinner at a trendy restaurant & lounge bar in a historic Venetian palace dating back to the 16th century.

Mediterranean and traditional Venetian cuisine is served until late at night: meat, fish and international cocktails. Eclectic Chill Out and Ambient background music.

Murano, Burano and Torcello is an unmissable tour that will allow you to discover the main islands of the lagoon, where time seems to have stood still.

Once on board your private boat, you will start sailing towards MURANO. Once there, you will have the opportunity to visit one of the island’s glass factories and watch a master glassmaker at work.

The second stop will be BURANO: the colorful houses and their reflections on the canal water, the ladies sitting outside embroidering traditional lace, the children playing in the streets, and the fishermen unloading fish from their boats all contribute to making Burano a truly charming island.

Finally, we will visit TORCELLO, where the Venetian civilization was born: the first settlements date back to the 7th century when the local population took refuge on the island to escape the invasions of the barbarians. We will visit the Basilica of Santa Maria Assunta, the “Throne of Attila,” and the Devil’s Bridge, still shrouded in a mysterious legend.

Our tour of the Venetian islands is coming to an end, but… there is one last surprise: the return journey. Yes, because the boat itinerary will allow you to enjoy a splendid panoramic view of the Venetian lagoon at sunset… a truly romantic and breathtaking spectacle!

Duration: approx. 8 hours, with a stop for lunch at a selected restaurant.

Dinner in a historic restaurant in the center: take a step back in time thanks to this restaurant, one of the most popular addresses in Venice, also loved by Venetians.

With a long history behind it and an atmosphere that recalls the elegance of the dining cars of the famous Orient Express, this restaurant promises to take you on a journey through the past with the most classic recipes of the Venetian tradition.

You will start your experience at Rialto, the oldest fish market in Venice, declared part of UNESCO’s heritage.

After exploring the market, it’s time to enjoy the famous cicchetti culture of Venice: traditional Venetian appetizers that are served in bars called “bàcari”. Small appetizers of meat, fish, vegetables, cheese, etc., typically accompanied by a glass of wine. You will see a variety of these finger foods on display in many bacari, where locals usually stand while chatting with a glass of wine. Together with our local guide, you will visit some authentic “bacari,” each with its special charm.

Lunch will be your last stop on this immersion in the daily life of Venetians!

Thanks to this visit, you will feel even more in touch with the city and its inhabitants, and understand a little more about what it means to be a true Venetian. It’s guaranteed that you will end this tour with big smiles and a full stomach!

In the afternoon, continue with an unusual visit with the surprise appearance of actors in historical costumes who will tell some anecdotes about the most folkloristic and representative characters related to myths and legends of this magnificent city.

Thematic itineraries with a qualified Venetian guide and actors in period costumes. Casanova, Marco Polo, The Doge, and much more…
