After lunch, in the afternoon departure by bus to\u00a0Florence.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Guided tour<\/strong>\u00a0of the main monuments of the historic centre: the church of\u00a0Santa Maria del Fiore\u00a0<\/strong>with the prestigious\u00a0dome by Brunelleschi, the “Campanile di Giotto<\/strong >” and the\u00a0Baptistery with the Gate of Paradise<\/strong>. Piazza della Signoria, Palazzo Vecchio<\/strong>, the Franciscan church of\u00a0Santa Croce<\/strong>\u00a0which houses the tombs of Michelangelo, Macchiavelli, Galileo and Rossini (internal visit).<\/strong><\/p>\n

Finally,\u00a0Ponte Vecchio<\/strong>, the oldest bridge in Florence with its traditional jewelers’ and goldsmiths’ shops.<\/p>\n

After breakfast, you will go on a trip to discover the elegant Lake Como<\/strong>. In the morning we will stop in\u00a0Como for a walk to discover the center<\/strong> of this beautiful city. For lunch we will move to a restaurant on the lake near Cadenabbia.<\/p>\n

In the afternoon,\u00a0we will cross Lake Como by boat to the village of Bellagio<\/strong>, a place universally known for its mild climate and its pleasant surroundings, thanks to its position on the tip of the promontory which separates the two branches of Lake Como. At the end of the afternoon, we will finish our journey towards Lake Garda. Transfer by bus to southern Tuscany. Departure on foot with our expert guide on a route that winds through hilly landscapes and small villages. Then, little by little, in the middle of the vegetation, a massive abbey takes shape in the distance: it is the abbey of Monte Oliveto.<\/p>\n
